I’m Dr. Gina Wilt — founder of NextReady Studio and a lifelong builder of people, ideas, and futures. I work with ambitious college students and emerging professionals who want more than a degree. They want direction. They want impact. They want a life and career that actually fit.

For more than 20 years, I’ve lived at the intersection of learning, leadership, and real-world opportunity by teaching, designing programs, and leading large-scale innovation at a large public university. Along the way in my personal and professional journey, I’ve helped hundreds of young people clarify who they are, what they stand for, and where they want to go next.
